Product structure of mobile boarding bridge

Special shaped steel pipes are used, and the countertop is made of special diamond shaped grid plates and anti slip (mesh) plates. Its corrugated steel mesh structure fully ensures excellent anti slip performance, allowing forklifts to have better climbing and maneuverability. The configured brake pads can effectively prevent the hydraulic boarding axle from shifting during truck loading and unloading. Adjustable length chains can easily hook onto trucks, ensuring a tight fit between the boarding bridge and the truck at all times.

Understanding the structure and components of mobile boarding bridges can help us better use and maintain them, and maximize their effectiveness. Let me introduce the structure of a mobile boarding bridge to you. As shown in the picture “Mobile Boarding Bridge”, part 1 is the tailboard, which is a small slope with a low height. When working, the tailboard falls down, making it easy for forklifts to ride on the boarding bridge. Part 2 is the sloping part of the boarding bridge workbench, and the bottom of the slope is the load-bearing chassis of the mobile boarding bridge. The sloping table is composed of two layers of high-strength anti slip patterned plates and high-strength steel grating plates. The high-strength steel grating plate can increase the friction of the forklift and facilitate climbing. The angle of the slope can be adjusted by a hydraulic operating rod. In order to facilitate the forklift’s up and down movement, the slope angle should not be too large. Part 3 is the oil cylinder, which is the direct actuator for adjusting the height (slope angle) of the boarding bridge. Part 4 is the tire and axle of the mobile boarding bridge, which facilitates the movement and transfer of the mobile boarding bridge. Part 5 is a manual hydraulic system, which includes a manual control lever, a manual hydraulic pump, and an oil tank. By operating the control lever and under the action of the manual pressure pump, the oil pressure in the oil tank is injected into the oil cylinder, thereby driving the boarding bridge to rise. When descending, the return valve is opened, and the boarding bridge naturally descends under its own gravity. Part 6 is a safety barrier that can effectively prevent forklifts from accidentally falling off the boarding bridge. Part 7 is a hand cranked support leg. After adjusting the height of the boarding bridge according to the height of the work vehicle compartment, the height of the support leg is lowered to the ground and locked by shaking the handle of the hand cranked support leg. The supporting legs can bear most of the weight of forklifts and goods, effectively reducing the pressure applied to the work vehicle compartment. Part 8 is a safety locking hook, and the length of the safety locking hook can be adjusted arbitrarily. Before operation, the safety locking hook must be connected to the working vehicle compartment, and the boarding bridge and compartment must be firmly fixed together to prevent them from separating during operation and causing accidents. Part 9 is the horizontal work platform for the boarding bridge. During operation, the platform is on the same horizontal plane as the work vehicle compartment, making it easy for forklifts to enter the interior of the compartment. Part 10 is the lip plate. During operation, the lip plate should be placed on the bottom of the work vehicle compartment. The above is the basic structure of the mobile boarding bridge.
